About Me
I created Inner Synthesis from a passion for lifestyle health and the belief that every person can feel their best through intentional daily choices. The foundation of my approach is that your health-promoting behaviors should feel personal, simplified, and aligned with your values.
I am innately curious about the processes that support life. With an undergraduate degree in biochemistry, I started my career as a pharmaceutical research scientist. During quiet times of introspection in the laboratory, I realized that I wanted to use my knowledge and skills to help others better themselves through lifestyle health.
I am passionate about the power that intentional daily choices have on the way that we feel, function, and thrive. These are the powerful, scientifically-proven habits that often go over-looked in our busy lives: moving regularly, nourishing our bodies, prioritizing rest, and cultivating mindfulness and positivity. My goal is to help make these behaviors intuitive, accessible, and sustainable.
My passion led me to study movement, meditation, and human behavioral psychology, bringing together the science of health and wellbeing with practical, lived experience. I am forever growing my knowledge not only for my own wellbeing, but to become a better resource for others. I am a registered yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, certified health & wellbeing coach, and in-training to become a certified classical pilates instructor.
My purpose is devoted to helping others achieve their optimal vision for health and wellbeing. I work with individuals to envision their authentic goals, and create personalized action plans based on evidence-based practices. I aim to continue to grow my platform as a resource and community to help my clients and members create greater balance, peace, and vitality in their own lives, on their own terms.
Welcome to the Inner Synthesis platform, it is a privilege to have you here.
With Gratitude,
Zoe Konstantinidis

A Little More About Me
I was born and raised in Piermont, New York, a quiet river town 30 minutes north of Manhattan. I practice diverse modality of movements: yoga, running, walking, pilates, lifting, cycling and more. I balance these passions through mindfulness, connecting each day to what both my body and mind are needing. I believe movement is the key to sustaining balance and energy. My hobbies include cooking, reading, spending time with loved ones, and listening to music.
I am innately curious about the processes that support life. My choice to major in biochemistry as my undergraduate major was an expression of this curiosity. After graduating in 2021, I began working as a corporate research scientist in the area of biologics manufacturing R&D. I was happy in my role, as I knew that my work contributed to life-improving therapies, but I had an intuition that my true purpose would be discovered through a different facet of health-promotion.
It was through quiet times of introspection while working in my lab that I came to realize what I truly wanted: to guide others to the proven lifestyle behaviors and tools that promote health, longevity, and holistic physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Ultimately, I wanted to create space for those who sought to honor themselves with the powerful tools of lifestyle medicine.
Becoming a more regular practitioner of yoga was a happening of synchronicity as I took the first steps of shifting in my career. For most of my life, yoga was a physical practice that I casually touched from time to time. It was not until I began practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, however, that I encountered the deep power of the practice: the work of inner awareness, discovery and synthesis.
Being drawn to the work that I had started through my yoga practice, I decided to embark on a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali with Yoga Union. I did not know exactly how the path ahead of me would look, and I was not particularly expecting to become a yoga teacher. Each day as my training progressed, it became more clear to me that the wisdom of yoga was indisputably aligned with my pursuit to help guide others to personal awareness and holistic wellbeing. My time in Bali also taught me valuable lessons about the power of gratitude and intention.
After completing my first yoga teacher training, I returned to New York with greater clarity about my future and began training with Lucy Feaster, my original Ashtanga Yoga teacher. She afforded me an abundance of wisdom in the practices of yoga, and guided me as I began my role teaching as a LifePower Yoga teacher at Life Time Bergen in January 2025.
As I grew my skills as a yoga teacher and cherished the opportunity to share the wisdom of yoga, I continued to reflect and envision what a future of me best serving my purpose would look like. I found myself working with students in Manhattan as a college prep tutor, where I saw a different kind of transformation(that of coming of age) in its progression. Witnessing self-transformation validated my intuition that I wanted to help people become the truest versions of themselves. This desire led me to Wellcoaches.
In October of 2025, I became a Wellcoaches Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach. The field blends my passion for promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness, while working with clients who have their own unique set of goals. My studies toward my certification have enhanced not only my skills as a coach and as a yoga teacher, but also as a person, reminding me to approach all beings with compassion and understanding.
I am proud to say that I am forever learning and growing my knowledge for my own wellbeing and to become a better resource for others. I completed my second 200H Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through LifePower Yoga in May of 2025. In September of 2025, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I am currently working toward my Level I Comprehensive Classical Pilates Instructor Certification.
I blend my science background with my passion for movement and health-promoting habits to serve as a versatile resource for those looking to achieve greater health and wellbeing. Whether it is movement, coaching, breathwork, meditation, or community, I aim to provide the space for those who seek to live by their personal vision of long-term health & wellbeing.
