About Me
I created Inner Synthesis from a passion for lifestyle health and the belief that every person can enhance their wellbeing through intentional daily choices. The foundation of my approach is that your daily health-promoting behaviors should feel personal, simplified, and aligned with how you live.
I started my career after graduating with a Bachelors in Biochemistry as a pharmaceutical research scientist. During quiet times of introspection in the laboratory, I realized that I am most passionate about the power that intentional daily choices have on the way that we feel, function, and thrive. These are the powerful, scientifically-proven habits that often go over-looked or un-prioritized in our busy lives, such as moving regularly, nourishing our bodies, prioritizing rest, reducing harmful substances exposure, and cultivating mindfulness and positivity. My goal is to help make these behaviors as simplified, intuitive, and sustainable for as many people as possible.
My passion led me to study movement, meditation, and human behavioral psychology, bringing together the science of health and wellbeing with practical, lived experience. I am forever growing my knowledge not only for my own wellbeing, but to become a better resource for others. My current area of focus in learning is mind-body awareness and the power of intention.
My purpose is devoted to sharing my passion for a health and wellbeing-promoting lifestyle with others. I aim to continue to grow my platform as a resource and community to help my clients and members create greater balance, peace, and vitality in their own lives, on their own terms.
Welcome to the Inner Synthesis platform, it is a privilege to have you here.
With Gratitude,

A Little More About Me
I was born and raised in Piermont, New York, a picturesque river town 30 minutes north of Manhattan. I enjoy variety in movements from yoga, to running, walking, pilates, lifting, spinning and more. I balance these passions through mindfulness, connecting each day to what both my body and mind are craving. I believe movement is the key to sustainably energizing your body and mind, which is why I prioritize it. In my free time, I connect to my own creativity through cooking, creating art, and listening to music.
I am innately curious about the processes that support life. When I chose biochemistry as my college major, there was no surprise. After graduating in 2021, I began working as a corporate research scientist in the area of biologics manufacturing research and development. I was happy in my role, knowing that my work toward life-protecting therapies contributed to saving countless lives, but I always had an intuition that I would discover my true purpose through a different facet of health-promotion.
It was through quiet times of introspection while working in my lab that I came to realize what I truly wanted: to guide others to the proven lifestyle behaviors and tools that promote not only longevity and health, but holistic physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Ultimately, I wanted to create space for those who sought to honor themselves and their health with the powerful tools of lifestyle medicine.
Pursuing a yoga teaching certification was synchronicity while I dreamed of my professional transformation. For most of my life, yoga was a physical practice that I casually touched from time to time. It was not until I began practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, however, that I encountered the true power of the practice: the work of inner awareness, discovery and synthesis.
I was so drawn to the work that I had only just started through my yoga practice, that I decided to embark on a yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali. I did not know exactly how the path ahead of me would look, and I was not particularly expecting to become a yoga teacher, but I just knew that the training was my correct first step in my new era of transition. From the first day of my training and each day after, it became more and more clear that there were reasons for me to be where I was, and that the wisdom of yoga was indisputably aligned with my pursuit to help guide others to holistic wellbeing so that they may be their truest, best versions of themselves.
After completing my first yoga teacher training, I returned home and further trained with Lucy Feaster, my original Ashtanga Yoga teacher. She afforded me an abundance of wisdom in the practices of yoga, and guided me as I began my role teaching as a LifePower Yoga teacher at Life Time Bergen in January 2025.
As I grew my skills as a yoga teacher and cherished the opportunity to share the wisdom of yoga, I continued to reflect and envision what a future of me best serving my purpose would look like. I found myself working with students in Manhattan as a college prep tutor, where I saw a different kind of transformation(coming of age) in its progression. Witnessing self-transformation validated my intuition that I wanted to help people become the truest versions of themselves. This desire led me to Wellcoaches.
In October of 2025, I became a Wellcoaches certified Health & Wellbeing Coach. The field blends my passion for promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness, while working together with clients who have their own unique and self-determined set of goals. My studies toward my certification have enhanced not only my skills as a coach and as a yoga teacher, but also as a person, reminding me to approach all beings with compassion, understanding, and above all, empathy.
I am proud to say that I am forever learning and growing my knowledge for my own wellbeing and to become a better resource for others. I completed my second 200H Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through LifePower Yoga in May of 2025. In September of 2025, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
I blend my science background with my passion for movement and health-promoting habits to serve as a versatile resource for those looking to achieve greater health and wellbeing. Whether it is movement, coaching, breathwork, meditation, or community, I am to provide the space for those who seek to live by their personal vision of long-term, simplified health & wellbeing.
